- Univesrity Degree or diploma in Economics/Law/Management;
- Work experience not less than 5 years in Procurement / Subcontracting;
- Knowledge of Incoterms-2000;
- Fluent written and convesrational English/Russian/Kazakh;
- ability to work under pressure, independently and in the team.
- local candidates are preferrable;
- experience working with international oil and gas company is an advantage.

Work will be in Aktau office and in Bautino yard if required.
