The main responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator Freight Forwarder will be as follows:
Process Customers orders promptly and accurately
Coordinate Road, Railways and Air freight shipments and transport arrangements
Prepare billings for Sales Department
Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements
Job Requirements
We are looking for an individual who has outstanding communication skills.
In addition they will have good hands-on knowledge with railway transportation (including work with railway tariff systems and calcualtion of costs), be used to working in a fast paced environment and have good contact database of transporters for international and domestic road deliveries.
Good knowledge of English at intermediate level.
Experience in international oil&gas companies will be a plus.
